Terms of use
Effective 12 September 2026. These terms govern access to BriCity Clinics and do not replace the professional judgment of a treating clinician.
Service scope
BriCity provides scheduled virtual outpatient services only where an authorized clinician considers remote care appropriate. It is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription or particular outcome.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use only your own account and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Staff accounts require multi-factor authentication.
Appointments and fees
Available times, fees and cancellation conditions are shown before confirmation. Payment must be completed when required. Refunds and rescheduling are subject to the policy presented at booking and applicable consumer law.
Clinical limitations
Remote assessment may be limited by technology or the absence of physical examination. A clinician may direct you to urgent, emergency, laboratory or in-person care.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, misuse clinical communications, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Availability and liability
Maintenance, provider outages and connectivity can interrupt service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law and dispute handling follow the location and entity identified during registration.
