Privacy notice
Effective 12 September 2026. BriCity Clinics uses personal information only to deliver care, operate the service, meet legal obligations and protect patients and the platform.
Information we collect
We collect identity and contact details, account security data, appointment and payment records, support communications, device and audit information, and health information patients or authorized clinicians provide.
How information is used
Information is used for registration, identity verification, clinical care, appointment delivery, secure communication, payment processing, fraud prevention, quality and safety, support, and required record keeping.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited by job role and care relationship. Authorized clinicians may access relevant health records; operational staff receive only information needed to run the service. Providers such as hosting, authentication, communications, video and payment processors receive only the information required for their contracted service.
Retention
Clinical, billing, consent, security and audit records are retained according to the applicable care location, professional obligations and the BriCity retention schedule. Account closure does not erase records BriCity must retain. Eligible information is securely deleted or anonymized when its retention period ends.
Security and incidents
BriCity uses role-based access, multi-factor authentication for staff, encryption in transit, private file storage, short-lived links and audit logging. Suspected incidents are contained, investigated, documented and notified to affected people and regulators when required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion, and may withdraw optional consent. Requests are verified before action and legal retention exceptions may apply.
